ROLE SUMMARY
KEY DUTIES
• Action all OTA/OAP emails to ensure booking financials and contact details are correct.
• Perform booking follow-up for OTAs to ensure customer contact details have been received.
• Perform refund and booking management tasks to ensure a prompt and timely turnaround for customers in AU and NZ.

• Monitor OTA/OAP/Direct online bookings and follow up any outstanding information.
• Produce weekly and monthly booking reports and distribute to the AU and NZ mailing list.
• Check the daily manifest for duplicate bookings and investigate and action any cancellations required.
• Perform daily booking archive process and follow up on any outstanding refunds or balances on bookings.
• Update RMS with relevant vessel information each day
• Update Bus supplier spreadsheet with daily transfer information for accurate payment invoice control.
• Perform Trade/Agent postings for AU
• Perform QA checks on future bookings
• Produce weekly and monthly booking reports and distribute to the AU and NZ mailing list.
• Provide admin support to the Reservations Supervisor as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION/SKILLS
• Strong compute and reservations system experience highly regarded
• Well-developed communication skills, passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple demands.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous change and improvement
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and cooperatively as required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to new products and systems as they come on-line
