Client Ops Lead – Education Background (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced education professionals—current or former teachers—to join our operations team. This role leverages your expertise in training, communication, and people development to enhance staff performance and strengthen client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering structured training programs and ensuring clear, professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for staff based on operational needs
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning sessions to improve employee performance
  • Apply proven teaching methodologies to enhance knowledge retention and engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for client communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness
  • Translate client requirements into actionable training and operational improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training initiatives with business goals
  • Support quality assurance efforts through coaching and performance reviews

Qualifications:

  • Current or former teacher with at least 10 years of teaching experience
  • Strong background in training, facilitation, and curriculum development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or staff development
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Adaptable, organized, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate training or the BPO industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and quality standards
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
