Admin and Workflow Specialist

6:00 am to 3:00 pm (PHT)

Job Description:
• Central and consistent communications with new and current clients.
• Scheduling new and existing jobs.
• Re-scheduling existing and ongoing jobs to deliver on service KPIs.
• Communicate with service technicians (Phone, whatsapp,tradify, email).
• Managing standard job workflow via Tradify.
• Processing leads/quotes/jobs/invoices.
• Ordering materials for jobs, stock.
• Sending invoice reminders/Chasing debtors for communications, review requests and feedback.
• Reporting and collection of data (Xero, Tradify, lead tracking).
• Systems we use: Tradify for job management, Xero for online accounting AND Birdeye.
• Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may assigned from time to time.
