Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and ensuring seamless
communication and workflow across various projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage emails and correspondence.
o Schedule meetings and appointments.
o Maintain and update client records and project files.
o Monitor WhatsApp for client and team communications.
2. Content Management:
o Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts.
o Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of blog articles and other
content pieces.
o Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
o Set up client EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) in Mailchimp.
3. Client Communication:
o Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
o Draft and send professional email responses and proposals.
4. Research and Reporting:
o Conduct article research on various topics as required.
o Compile data and create reports to support content strategies and client presentations.
5. Project Coordination:
o Manage tasks and timelines using ClickUp.
o Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
o Assist in coordinating tasks among team members and external vendors.
6. Miscellaneous Tasks:
o Edit template graphics in Photoshop.
o Perform basic video editing on Capcut.
o Handle other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with ClickUp
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), Mailchimp
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a conducive remote working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a content marketing or digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush).
• Basic understanding of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with WhatsApp monitoring and basic video editing on Capcut.
