Job Overview: We are looking for a self-motivated, team player with experience in working for a SaaS company in a data validation role. This role will join the data validation team supporting Client’s cloud services for select customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of working experience and an affinity for accuracy.

Data Validation Monitor Duties:
• Review and Validate customer recordings and input results.
• Identify trends and insights.
• Coordinate with team members when shift schedules need updates.
• Report observed significant changes in customer data to team members and management.

Data Validation Monitor Qualifications/Skills:
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Education, Experience, and Licensing

Requirements:
• 3-5 years working experience in Data Entry and or Data Validation
• Highly tech-savvy
• Proficiency in cloud application use is a plus
• This role will be working for the US Night Shift
