Associate Customer Success Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Working with customers and partners in a hands-on, inside sales support role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult with clients on appropriate product licensing options.
• Receive phone, e-mail and chat sales inquiries and qualify new leads.
• Manage sales queues, answer customer and partner questions and facilitate orders in a timely
• manner. It is expected that sales queues will be processed daily.
• Promptly process phone, email, web form and web chat inquiries.
• Become Subject Matter Experts in certain areas of BarTender/BarTender Cloud (Versions,
• Editions, Use Cases, etc.).
• Effectively manage your sales pipeline to ensure accuracy
• Assist channel partners with Partner Portal access, training and engagement.
• Assist channel partners with quote inquiries and requests.
• Pursue expired subscription contracts for enterprise accounts through direct engagement via e-mail and phone

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience – including online, e-mail and phone sales, queue
management, and general inside sales functions
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed

REQUIRED EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or a similar field or equivalent, relevant experience.
