Senior Graphic Designer (Onsite)

7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Full Onsite, Salcedo, Makati

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join our busy and expanding marketing agency. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is essential. You will be reporting directly to the Head of On Demand Marketing Team, working across multiple projects for our company and external clients. You will be responsible for the coordination and production of high-quality graphics and artwork across digital and offline media.

To be successful in this position, you should have in-depth knowledge and experience in graphic design and be a self-starter capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Create artwork, illustrations and animations for newsletters, emails, brochures, point of sale material and other printed and electronic collateral.

·   Contribute ideas and design artwork to meet the overall brief and associated objectives.

·   Work to tight deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and output quality.

·    Ensure artwork meets brand guidelines and requirements.

·    Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials, and think creatively to produce new ideas.

·    Coordinate and maintain a good relationship with clients, as needed.

·    Ensure all work is stored in the company’s online drive, and maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced.

·    Other tasks as assigned.

Selection Criteria:

·       5+ years’ experience in graphic design (working for a marketing agency will be a bonus).

·       A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

·       Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, including typography knowledge.

·       Creativity and originality in all content creation, including multimedia content development.

·       Proven working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

·       High attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·       Able to multi-task and work on a number of different projects at any one time to meet tight deadlines.

·       Possess self-initiative and be solutions-driven.
