Telephone Sales Appointment Setter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Sales Appointment Setter to join our dynamic business development team. This role will focus on managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, scheduling meetings for our Business Development Managers, preparing quotes, responding to tenders, and creating engaging content for LinkedIn to highlight our successes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Appointment Setting:
o Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for Business Development Managers.
o Maintain a robust schedule of meetings and ensure efficient follow-ups.
• CRM Management:
o Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client information, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
o Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Quote Preparation:
o Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare accurate quotes for prospective clients.
o Ensure timely submission of quotes and follow up with clients to answer any questions.
• Tender Response:
o Assist in preparing responses to tenders and proposals, ensuring that all requirements are met and submitted on time.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Content Creation:
o Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn showcasing completed jobs and business wins to enhance the company’s online presence.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales support or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho (preferred) and ability to manage data effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone presence.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Experience in preparing quotes and responding to tenders is a plus.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and a creative approach to content creation.
