Software Engineer (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Microsoft technologies, including Azure, C#, .NET Framework, Dataverse, DevOps, Dynamics, and Power Platform.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and backend services into a seamless user experience.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Apply DevOps practices to automate testing, deployment, and system monitoring.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues promptly to maintain system performance.
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and improvements.

Technical Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development using C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, etc.).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, development, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (Common Data Service).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for backend data models and service integration.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for code repositories, CI/CD, and work item tracking.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), release management, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban).
