Senior Salesforce Admin
This is a senior, enterprise-focused role supporting a mid-to-large Salesforce environment. In addition to day-to-day administration, this individual will act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to drive platform optimization, governance, and adoption.
Our ideal candidate would bring 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strength across:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud (including Omni-Channel)
• Digital Experiences / Experience Cloud
• Agentforce
Additional experience that is important for this role includes:
• Designing and maintaining advanced declarative automation (Flows) and scalable system configurations
• Supporting and optimizing integrations, APIs, and middleware
• Strong focus on data quality, security models, and governance in a complex org
• Comfort acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leading change management efforts
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset is a plus
