Senior IT Recruiter
Job Description
- Source, pre-screen and interview candidates for IT and non-IT positions
- Post job ads to free and paid job portals
- Administers technical and written exams if required for the position
- Endorse qualified candidates to the client/hiring manager
- Arrange and schedule interviews with the client/hiring manager
- Provide update of Recruitment stats and activities to clients/management on a regular basis
- Perform the job offer and clearly discuss the details of the contract and pre-employment requirements
- Creation of profile of newly hired employee on the Employee Information System
- Conduct the New Employee Orientation
- Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in recruitment US or Australia
- Must have experience different HRIS/VMS like Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Ariba
- Experience in IT Technical Recruitment in a RPO set up
- Amenable to work onsite in our Makati Office for 1 month ( Mon-Fri) then transition to Hybrid 2x in the office 3x WFH
- Experience in end to end recruitment
- Excellent English communications skills is a must
