Drive Success with Data: Become Our Next Sales Data Analyst!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights that help drive sales strategies and improve overall performance. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify trends, forecast future sales, and develop actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a keen understanding of sales processes. Your ability to communicate findings clearly will be essential in influencing key stakeholders and enhancing sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights from data to support success with sales and marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Identify new process and technology to build out best-practice data analytics.
  • Plan, scope and set up reporting/dashboards for clear visualization and understanding of insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Provide insights from data to support our internal marketing and analytics reporting.
  • Develop expertise in leading martech platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, 6sense, Hubspot (so you understand how to use the data within them).

Day to day activities:

  • Prepare and run monthly reporting sessions with our clients.
  • Normalise and cleanse data for import into BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, GDS.
  • Scope integration requirements to facilitate data exchange between multiple systems.
  • Prepare, test and configure dashboards.
  • Analyse data sets in Excel.
  • Prepare and analyse data models for deeper analysis.
  • Strong insights and recommendations from program and campaign data.
  • Measurable improvements and benchmark data based on your recommendations for optimization.
  • High attention-to-details.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of data experience using different BI platforms, deep knowledge of CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with Leandata software is a plus.
  • Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Insights, Data, Analytics or Strategy Background.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and CRM data, Google Analytics, common marketing data (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc) and KPIs (CAC, LTV, pipeline, leads, channels, ROI)
  • Ability to be client facing, both for technical and non-technical client team members, add value and insights from the data and dashboards that the Junior Data Analyst prepares.
