Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid)

Work Setup:

Monday to Friday

7:00 am to 4:00 PM

Initial onsite (Makati office) then transition to hybrid after a month

Job Description:

Strategic Talent Management & Sourcing: Plan sourcing approaches for each requirement, drawing out account manager or hiring manager intel. Using various search tools, source the best candidate talent through the candidate database, undertake deep dives, create talent pools, and participate in relevant candidate networking events. Cultivate your talent pools and hotlists as a source to quickly draw upon. Meet or exceed agreed weekly, monthly, and annual business targets.

Candidate Management: As a candidate advocate, provide sound advice to prospective candidates with resume tips, interview coaching, and feedback. Ensure candidates are prepared with company- and role-specific information and technical requirements for placement success. Ensure each candidate is properly qualified and will accept the role and rate as offered.

Hot Leads: Be aware of sales leads you may come across through various sources and pass them on to the appropriate Account or State Manager.

Communication & Collaboration: Provide timely feedback to candidates, Account Managers, team members and clients.  Collaborate with the team to ensure all roles are worked effectively, sharing candidates’ profiles and assisting others with busier or urgent client requirements. Participate in client site visits as required.

Self-Performance: Manage your stakeholders and your day to ensure you get the best out of each day and understand and prioritize each requirement. Proactively seek out help and assistance with difficult or hard-to-fill roles or when more sourcing strategies are required.

Branding, Talent Engagement & Market Intel: Build and promote Paxus and your personal brand. Engage with your talent network via various channels including online and networking events and chapters. Embrace marketing initiatives and maintain a relevant online presence using the Paxus style templates. Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and market intel.

Integrity, Quality & Compliance: Request permission to submit from each represented candidate. Provide relevant feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a high level of database integrity through accurate and timely recording of recruitment activities as well as candidate, contractor, and client information. Conduct reference checks and follow recruitment best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with international background (Australia/Us, etc)
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or talent sourcer in the IT sector.
  • Strong background in 180 recruitment with a focus on candidate management and delivery.
  • Previously managed high-volume, mid-level to senior roles with tight deadlines.
  • Confident in salary and rate negotiation with candidates.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social networks, referrals, Seek Premium or similar, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS (Bullhorn is beneficial).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an interest for candidate care.
  • Experience working in or with consulting enterprises is highly advantageous
