Product Manager (On-site)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Product Manager with domain expertise in Philippine payroll software to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our payroll solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the latest industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our payroll software solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
Product Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality payroll software products.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
Customer and Market Insights:
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Conduct user testing and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in payroll management.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Ownership on marketing and sales initiatives to develop effective go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning.
• Support sales teams with product training and customer presentations.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Track and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback.
• Continuously improve the product based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure the product meets quality standards and delivers superior user experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payroll software industry.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
