Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the marketing team by executing campaign
operations for the marketing org. This will involve work mostly in Hubspot and Salesforce along with
possible data cleanup in Excel when applicable.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Project managing the Marketing Operations Asana board
• Interfacing on Asana tickets with requesters
• Launching Salesforce campaign workflows, Qualified chat workflows, and Sendoso workflows
• Uploading post-event lists, cleaning duplicates & syncs post-upload
• Cleaning and resolving “dirty data” CRM and MAP integration issues that prohibit accurate campaign operations
• Launching HubSpot forms and form workflows
• Auditing workflow effectiveness
• Serving as an additional resource for email builds when needed
• Managing UTM documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com desired
• Experience with testing methodologies and execution
Physical Requirements:
• Talking, listening, and speaking clearly on the telephone or video conference
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be amenable to work onsite every day for the first month and then transition to hybrid (2x a week onsite) after
