Industry Events Administrator
Job Description:
• Research: Use Google, ChatGPT and other relevant tools to assess and identify suitable industry events for Maxsold to attend and/or sponsor. Note, these would be events across the US and Canada and at the national, regional, and local city/neighbourhood level. Relevant industries includes: Estate Sales, Professional Organizers, Senior Move Managers, Personal Property Appraisers, Senior Realtors, Trust and Estate Planning, Elder Care Living & Communities
• Document: Organize information for relevant events in Content Management System (Notion) with relevant details, including dates, location, industry type, status of registration and travel bookings and sponsorship details
• Coordinate: Coordinate event registrations, payments (flight, hotel, registration/sponsorships), booth logistics and materials registration
Key Skills & Experience
• Thorough: High attention to detail and level of completeness
• Tech Savvy: Very experienced with online research and CMS tools
• Event coordination expertise, including organizational and project management skills to handle logistics and timelines
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees, coupled with the ability to build relationships and represent the brand professionally
