HR Operations Specialist (WFH)

This role is responsible for providing Administrative support to the HR function, managing administrative processes including data input to HRIS (Oracle), providing employment references, producing letters, and communicating HR changes and updates to the HR Operations Team as required.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of the employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring individual records are complete, accurate, and up to date .
o Tracking journeys and tasks in Oracle to ensure employees/managers/HR have completed their actions
o Supporting management of employee changes in Oracle • Salary changes
• Department changes
• Employment information corrections
• Job title changes
• HR reporting and data validation using the HRIS (Oracle) to provide reports to a wider HR team based on information requests o Reports for audit requests
o Data integrity reports
o Reviewing reports to sense-check and ensure data is up to date
• Produce and issue letters to employees
• Reference letters
• Visa letters
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Personable with strong communication skills
• Good written communication skills, evidenced by accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• A willingness to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a team.
