Work Schedule:    Monday to Friday 6 am to 3 pm (PHT)
Work setup:          Full Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking an educator or teacher to transition into a role focused on training and mentoring staff. You will use your teaching background to coach employees, develop training programs, and guide professional growth while ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill staff.
• Mentor and coach employees, fostering continuous learning.
• Support staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Experience as a teacher, educator, or trainer with strong coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to transition into a business training/mentorship role.
