Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads,
and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the B2B sector, aligned with company goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blogs, case studies, white papers) to position Flat Planet as an industry thought leader.
• Website Management: Manage and optimize the company website for usability, lead generation, and search engine performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, client operations, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Market Research: Stay updated on B2B industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and the B2B buyer’s journey.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
