Application Support Analyst
Job description
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications and systems, providing support to our users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Hybrid setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for all company’s applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance application performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new applications and systems.
- Document all incidents and solutions in our IT support system (Jira).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
- Strong and solid experience with Office 365 Administration
- Azure Active Directory (MS Entra ID), Microsoft Teams Administration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Sharepoint
- Strong understanding of software and system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft administration and related skills.
