APAC Events Manager
Job Summary:
The company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled APAC Events Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. The APAC Events Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sponsored regional, national, and international fitness industry events targeting executive-level audiences, as well as managing regional hosted executive-facing events that deepen relationships and drive pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, channel partners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and programmes. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies across the APAC region to support sales objectives and increase market presence.
• Plan, execute, and manage sponsored regional, national, and international fitness industry events, with a focus on executive-level audiences.
• Coordinate and manage regional hosted executive-facing events, including hospitality initiatives, ensuring a premium and seamless attendee experience.
• Expertly coordinate high-performing field events – in-person and virtual – ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and participants.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align field and event activities with broader campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends across the APAC region, using insights to optimize event strategies and tactics.
• Manage campaign planning and reporting, providing regular updates and feedback to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all event and field marketing activities are executed within budget and deliver a strong return on investment.
• Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets for APAC event activities, ensuring a positive return on investment.
• Partner with various internal teams, including product marketing, content creation, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
• Up to 50% spent travelling for event management and execution, including international travel.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing successful field events, sponsored events, and executive-level marketing programs.
• Experience managing international or multi-market events, with an understanding of regional dynamics in APAC markets.
• Proficient in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Two to three (2–3) years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Strong understanding of the fitness and hospitality industries.
• Four or more (4+) years of experience in field or event marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Experience managing executive-level events or hospitality programmes.
• Familiarity with APAC markets and regional business culture.
