Accounting Admin (On-site)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Office Management Support
o Manage filing systems (digital)
• Clerical Tasks
o Prepare and send out correspondence (emails, letters, memos)
o Assist with putting tenders together and collating information for ease of document management
• Data Entry & Record Keeping
o Input, update, and maintain records and databases
o Handle confidential information with discretion
o Generate reports and summaries as needed
o Accounts payable into MYOB
o Journal entries
o Credit card reconciliations
o Managing payables emails
o Communicating with staff on expenses
• Communication Support
o Serve as the point of contact between internal teams
o Draft, proofread, and format documents and reports
o Take meeting minutes when required
Requirements
- Office Management—Experience managing digital filing systems.
- Clerical Skills—Ability to prepare correspondence and assist with tender documentation.
- Data Entry & Finance—Proficiency in data entry, MYOB (accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations), and handling confidential records.
