2Supply job description(s), salary expectations and requirements around skills testing and verification
3Flat Planet begins recruitment process in Manila
4You conduct final interviews and select individual candidate(s)
5Flat Planet makes a job offer to your chosen candidate – they accept
6We issue you an initial invoice (based on the chosen candidate’s salary) which serves as a security deposit equal to one month
7Your IT people talk to our IT people – we prepare IT environment
(We can do sophisticated provisioning if required, such as security, firewalls, device lockdowns, custom software, VPNs)

8The candidate may need to resign from a current position and serve a notice period
9On their first day, your new team member starts a standard shift of 9AM to 6PM PNG time with a one-hour lunch break
10The first two hours are a Flat Planet orientation
11THEN… all yours! Our Client Services and Operations teams work with you to embed them into your business process
12EACH DAY they report to us at our office or from home (based on your preference), log into their computer, report for duty to you and follow your instructions and processes

PAYMENT
PROCESS
Flat Planet PNG (locally incorporated) raises an invoice in advance on the 15th of each month.

a. PESO COMPONENT
(converted to Kina at time of invoice raising)
I. Oncosts: Base Salary + 27.5% (13th month, private health, other government-mandated contributions)
ii. Facility Fee: Hybrid PHP27,500, Full Time Office PHP20,500
b. KINA COMPONENT
i. Management Fee: PGK2250
ii. Currency Facilitation Fee: +25%
(the carry cost for us to manage conversion of PGK to PHP)
