Key Objectives

Financial processes & cost accounting

• Maintaining the weekly stocktaking process across the nation and costing the inventories.
• Maintaining the suppliers’ price changes and updating the impacts on standard costing. Maintenance of material master data.
• Assisting with the monthly standard/actual cost updating.
• Maintaining the conversion cost recovery calculation.
• Assisting with the weekly production & yield rate report for the state managers.
• Contribution to the month-end closing process per the closing checklist.
• Other ad-hoc actions per managers’ request.

Analysis & Reporting

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting to ensure data is accurate, insightful and timely.
• Assist in preparation of weekly labour report (reconciled to GL) and analyse actual labour usage against forecast & standard
• Preparation of a weekly Supply KPI report and ensuring key metrics in this report reconcile back to the general ledger.

Business Partnering

• Assist in sharing the analysis of the supply KPI report and identifying gaps to targets and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Supply Finance Manager.

• Have a shared understanding of our business performance culture, strategy and direction with team members
• Contribute to the team environment through sharing knowledge and collaboration

Key Performance Indicators

• Delivery of targets gross margin & EBITDA through management of conversion costs
• Timely reporting of weekly Supply KPI report, ensuring data integrity
• Continuous improvement of periodic report

Requirements

• Intermediated skills in Excel with attention to detail
• High level of social skills, including listening, following directions, sharing, collaborating, patience & positivity
