OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to provide end-to-end support across events, ABM campaigns, and broader marketing activity for our client – Australia and New Zealand’s leading shipping and delivery management platform. This role is the operational engine behind our marketing function: coordinating logistics with external event partners, preparing internal teams for attendance, executing campaign workflows, and keeping the day-to-day marketing machine running.
You will work directly with the Australia-based marketing team, acting as a remote extension of the function. The role suits a marketing generalist who thrives on variety, gets satisfaction from clean execution, and can run multiple workstreams without dropping detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Event coordination and support
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, trade shows, and industry conferences in partnership with external event companies and venues
- Manage attendee briefings: build run-sheets, prepare talking points, send pre-event comms, and ensure internal attendees know what they need and where to be
- Organise merchandise, collateral, signage, and giveaways—including sourcing, ordering, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels
- Track event budgets, and manage vendor invoicing
- Build and maintain event playbooks so each event runs better than the last
- Post-event: support lead capture handover to Sales, organise debriefs, and document what worked and what didn’t
2) ABM and campaign support
- Execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaign workflows: target account research, content sequencing, tactical activity, and campaign QA
- Coordinate campaign assets across stakeholders—designers, copywriters, marketing automation, and Sales—keeping timelines and deliverables on track
- Set up, optimise and monitor digital marketing activity across Google, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Maintain target account lists and segmentation in Salesforce and Airtable
- Pull basic campaign performance reports and surface insights for the marketing and sales teams
3) Ad-hoc marketing support
- Support content production: formatting, proofreading, sourcing imagery, and basic asset assembly
- Coordinate webinars, podcast bookings, and partner co-marketing activity
- Lead the production of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, pull-up banners, signage, and printed assets) from briefing to execution
- Support social media and email marketing activity as required
- Jump in where the team needs you—marketing moves fast and this role is built for someone who likes variety
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, events coordinator, or campaign support role—ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced commercial environment
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events end-to-end, including vendor management and logistics
- Strong organisational and project management skills—able to run multiple workstreams without dropping detail
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working with Australian-based stakeholders across time zones
- Comfortable with marketing tools: HubSpot or similar marketing automation, Salesforce or similar CRM, Google Workspace, basic project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution over perfection
Nice-to-have
- Experience supporting ABM campaigns or B2B demand generation activity
- Familiarity with Canva, basic design tools, or content production workflows
- Experience working with Australian or international stakeholders in a remote-first setting
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, retail tech, or eCommerce industries
- Working knowledge of campaign reporting and basic analytics
Working style we’re selecting for
- Owner mentality: takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- Detail without drag: catches the small things without slowing the work down
- Calm under pressure: events and campaigns don’t always go to plan; you find the next move and execute it
- Generalist instincts: happy to switch contexts, learn fast, and try things outside your comfort zone
