Digital Marketing Coordinator (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Coordinator / Analyst to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support content development and coordination across marketing platforms
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Track marketing budgets and expenses
• Identify trends and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing analytics
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
