The Mission
We don’t just sell tours; we sell “the best day ever”. As our Graphic Designer, you will be the visual architect of that promise. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact assets that inspire travellers to stop scrolling and start booking. From adrenaline-pumping social campaigns to sleek, trust-building booking interfaces, your work will define the aesthetic of Australian adventure.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design end-to-end visual assets for digital marketing (Meta, TikTok, and Google Display) and traditional print (brochures, airport signage, and vehicle wraps).
- Brand Evolution: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of multiple sub-brands, ensuring each feels unique yet part of a cohesive travel family.
- Conversion-Centric Design: Work with the UX team to design landing pages and email headers that guide users intuitively toward the “Book Now” button.
- Content Curation & Retouching: High-end photo retouching and colour grading to make our reef, rainforest, and skydiving imagery look legendary.
- Motion Graphics: Create short-form video content and animated overlays to bring static social ads to life.
What You Bring to the Departure Lounge
- The Portfolio: A diverse showcase of work that demonstrates a mastery of typography, layout, and “lifestyle” aesthetic.
- The Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly regarded.
- Speed & Agility: The travel industry moves fast. You can pivot from a high-end luxury brochure to a “Flash Sale” social tile without breaking a sweat.
- Platform Knowledge: An understanding of the technical specs for different platforms—knowing what stops a thumb on Instagram vs. what builds trust on a printed voucher.
