Inbound Sales Agent

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite
Location: Makati
Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary: The Inbound Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for potential sellers, buyers, and reseller partners interested in the company auction services. This role focuses on converting inbound enquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat into sales opportunities by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing information on company services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate auction solutions.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to using management services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing sales opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer enquiries.
  • Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed to support team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an inbound environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
