Senior Front-End Developer

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 am to 3 pm (PHT)
Work setup: 1 month onsite (Makati Salcedo, Legazpi Village), then transition to WFH. (The team reports to the office once a month, depending on business needs. Mostly they are on a WFH arrangement.)

Job Description
• Strong attention to detail when implementing designs and ensuring a high-quality UI and UX.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Expert-level React – Hooks, context, performance optimization, rendering behaviour
• Next.js experience—App Router, Server Components, routing, data fetching
• TypeScript mastery—complex types, generics, type inference
• UX expertise—you build beautiful, fast, reactive, responsive and just fun-to-use apps
• Component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
• Modern CSS, Tailwind CSS preferred, but deep understanding of CSS-in-JS or styled components.
• State management experience: Zustand or Redux
• Understanding of OWASP security principles and WCAG 2.0 (or later) accessibility standards
