Digital Media Account Support (Hybrid)
We are looking for a full-time team member for our digital media team. They will need to understand the platform backends, have experience in digital media planning and budget management, and understand how media billings work.
1. Campaign Setup & Trafficking
- Inputting campaign details into platforms (Meta/Tiktok/Pinterest Ads Manager, CM360 and DV360, etc.)
- Uploading and QA’ing creative assets (display, video, social, native, BVOD)
- Verifying specs: dimensions, file size, format, frame rate, click-through URLs
- Implementing audience targeting, budgeting, flighting, and placements as per media plan
- Scheduling go-live dates and ensuring assets are uploaded ahead of time
- Creating floodlight/conversion pixels and ensuring proper tag implementation
2. Tracking & QA
- Generating and sharing tracking links (click trackers, impression trackers)
- Applying UTM parameters for campaign tracking consistency
- Conducting pre-launch QA testing: clicking through ads, checking final URLs, and verifying tags fire correctly using tools like Google Tag Assistant or CM360 Preview
- Reviewing campaign setups for trafficking errors or missed targeting
3. Client Support & Approvals
- Building and presenting preview links or mockups for client review
- Helping prepare implementation presentations for clients
- Sending live links/post screenshots once campaigns go live
4. Live Optimisation & Maintenance
- Monitoring pacing against the budget daily/weekly
- Identifying under-delivery issues and working with platforms to fix them
- Requesting or uploading new creatives as campaigns refresh or rotate
- Boosting organic posts on Meta (when requested) and reporting results
5. Reporting & Analysis Support
- Exporting performance reports from Meta, Google Ads, CM360, etc.
- Preparing post-launch and wrap-up reports (toplines or detailed)
- Assisting in populating weekly WIP trackers or dashboards
- Tagging campaigns and naming files according to internal naming conventions
6. Platform Administration
- Keeping platform records clean (naming conventions, folder systems)
- Troubleshooting platform or trafficking issues (with support teams if needed)
7. Other Key Admin Tasks
- Maintaining asset libraries (creative logs, ad specs, etc.)
- Updating trafficking sheets and internal campaign checklists
- Booking campaign IOs (in Thundercloud)—They will get training for this platform as it is our internal media planning and billing tool.
Requirements
- 3 years in digital advertising, media operations, or campaign trafficking
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager
- Experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360)
- Understanding of digital advertising channels (display, video, social, native, BVOD)
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Assistant, URL builders)
- Knowledge of ad specs and formats (dimensions, file size, click-through URLs, frame rate)
