Business Development Manager (B2B)

Location: Makati Office (Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Makati. This role is pivotal in driving business growth within the B2B sector by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the entire sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and have proven experience in developing and closing high-value business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B space by targeting potential clients and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital marketing.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive company growth and meet sales targets. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and competitors to position the company effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Ensure excellent customer service to existing clients and act as the main point of contact.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, collaborate with legal teams, and close deals to successfully convert leads into customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to align on offerings and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and customer feedback to refine strategies and adjust service offerings as necessary.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and revenue generation through CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales management role, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B market, including sales processes, strategies, and client needs.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with senior executives.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and closing abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client challenges by offering tailored solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to work onsite in our Makati office and travel as necessary for client meetings or industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:
