Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting appointments, and nurturing relationships with prospects to help drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in research and communication, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Work Setup:

Monday to Friday Full onsite (Makati Office)

6:00 am to 3:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, social media, industry events, databases, cold calls, and emails.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, including company size, industry, decision-makers, and purchasing intent.
  • Develop outreach strategies to initiate communication with leads and engage them through personalized emails, calls, or social media.
  • Schedule meetings, demonstrations, or follow-up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect data in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead handoff and support.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales and lead generation.
