Sales Support Officer

Job Description:

  • Support the business owner, with a range of sales support tasks
  • Sending quotes/proposals, taking notes and actioning meeting agenda items
  • Basic invoice preparations for quotes/billings
  • Outreach on LinkedIn, and update the CRM


  • Right foundational skills and attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, tech savvy and able to use and learn different systems.
  • Any Australian facing experience would be a bonus.
  • Experience with BPO phone sales is an advantage with good attention to detail and wants to be more on the admin side
  • Can also be a generalist marketing background/coordinator type who is interested in sales support
  • Zero sales requirement, purely admin and support.
