Order Entry Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales orders are manually entered into Navision in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with the stakeholders regarding order entry
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets regarding staff purchasing
  • Liaise with staff members regarding staff purchases

Requirements

  • Has experience in processing transactions and orders from offshore customers
  • Experience using Microsoft Navision (RTC version) is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service focus
