HR and Payroll Specialist
Job Description
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll and year end statutory filing through various outsourced vendors for Singapore, Australia, Taiwan and Korea.
• Consolidate and update payroll details such as payments/deductions records in payroll spreadsheets on a timely basis and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain files record and up-to-date payroll-related documentations.
• Consolidation of monthly payroll actuals across the group and prepare the report for HR Head and Group CFO
• Support of monthly timesheets collation for employee cost reporting to Finance via Success Factor
• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, personnel files, hard and soft copy files in Success Factor and SharePoint
• Handle leave administration via Success Factor
• Responsible for all leave related reports etc weekly leave report to be send to Admin Team
• To learn and start supporting with HR administration:
• Handle and coordinate all on/off boarding process including induction materials and contract renewal.
• Preparation of HR related letters such as confirmation, resignation/termination, certification of employment and visa letters etc.
• Provide end-to end recruitment support including but not limiting to advertising, screening, coordinating interview and arrange on-line testing.
• Support the Head of HR in compilation of performance review forms and training needs.
• Work with HR Head on work visa and dependent visa applications and renewals
• Assist and support in any ad-hoc projects or initiatives as required
Requirements:
• A degree in psychology, business, or any related course
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR and Payroll or a similar role.
• Experience working with HR and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High numerical aptitude.
