Administrative Officer

• Engage with customers in courteous and professional manner to understand their needs.
• Oversee the routine generation of certificates for mid-term task.
• Collaborate with the project team to prepare for audits and RFI submissions related to mid-term tasks.
• Facilitate communication within the organization and with external parties
• Draft, proofread and edit official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Provide support to the team in data entry and data cleaning tasks, including assisting the waste team and cleaning up data in Salesforce, among other tasks.
• Coordinate and manage phone and email surveys as needed based on the scheme or methods use.
• Manage and organize company documents, records and files.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Propose and implement improvements to streamline administrative processes.
• Organize and allocate resources to support account managers in handling weekly invoice communications and commission payment dates.
• Offer guidance on VIC (Victoria, Australia) validation requirements.
• Provide training for new team members upon request.
• Other Administrative Tasks
