Customer Service 

Job Description

  • Consider the customer’s circumstances and present the best solution to the problem; i.e. fully assist with all requests or educate them for future reference.
  • Empower and equip the customer to manage their account moving forward. Adaptthe information given to the customer’s circumstance. Proactively fill the gaps in the customer’s knowledge to avoid further contact.
  • Escalate issues to the correct team based on the issue category
  • Proactively manage vendors, mainly over email and sometimes via the phone, minimize reactive responses
  • Follow a documented process to ensure metrics are achieved, which will mature over time, with your help
  • Spot recurring issues/complaints and develop solutions with the technical team.
  • Attends to any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in nonvoice account (chat and email support)
  • Working experience with Australian clients is a plus
  • Has the capacity to work from home. With WiFi connection and acomputer to be used for work.
  • Good communication skills
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule moving forward
