Friday, 28 August 2015 17:18

IMG 6973In the last decade, there has been mounting evidence suggesting that many BPO employees in the Philippines experience health issues. FlatPlanetProgrammersCompanies with high employee engagement rates are more successful at hiring, can deliver better and stronger customer service, and have negligible turnover rates. It's very important that companies implement  programs and schemes that will encourage employees to take a deeper interest in the company. Employees that embrace the company culture are employees who will find it easier to stay longer.
