We will require certain information from you in order to help us proceed. It’s important for you to provide us with a detailed information of your needs for us to successfully find the right match for the position you need to be filled.

The process is as follows:

1. Tell us what you need.
2. We will provide you with feedback including:
   1. A price estimate - based on the salary required to attract the right candidate.
   2. Likelihood of success - how easy will it be to find exactly what you need in the Philippines.
3. If you agree, then we will send you the paperwork for you to sign.
4. We will recruit the talent and present three shortlisted candidates for you to interview.
5. Select your Virtual Talent.
6. We will present them with a job offer and advise you of their acceptance and start date
